I like all of the work in your gallery, but this is my current favorite. The rendering is excellent and the placement on the page, design, very free feel and unfinished aspect all elevate this drawing to a whole new level, in my opinion. I like how you take a humble medium (ball point) and push it to the point it suggests master drawings in silverpoint. Bravo.
It´s great. Maybe the skull´s jaw could have been worked out a bit more, because now its in one line with the two hairwisps, wich feels, in consideration of the composition, itchy to me.
Wow. I've never before come across such an impressively done drawing in pen. Pens leave very little to no room for error, but this looks excellent. My curiosity about the rest of your gallery is now piqued... I hope to find some more little nuggets like this one.

We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

Nice!
really nice
not a lot of people know about silverpoint...so thank you for mentioning it.
I think the contrast between hyper-real with extreemly sketchy, offset one another...and in a wierd way, unifies the piece.
